North Mississippi Radio Control Club

The Tale Draggers

Welcome to Our Club !

NMRCC is a private club with an open public membership. We are affiliated with the AMA (Academy of Model Aeronautics) and require an active AMA membership prior to joining our club.

The club leases approximately 35 acres from the Corps of Engineers at Arkabutla lake and has approximately 200 acres to over fly. Our runway is approximately 300 ft x 45 ft and is made from a geo-textile fabric, similar to erosion control mat but more durable.

If the field is open and members are present, the public is always welcome to visit and spectate.

Active AMA members are welcome to fly but will need to make prior arrangements with a club officer.
See Contact Us  for more details.

Monthly club meetings are held the third Thursday of every month at 7:30 pm on ZOOM.
See our Calendar for more details and location.

If you are interested in learning how to fly, we offer free introductory flights with our equipment.

Families are welcome and encouraged to learn and fly together!

If you would like to join, please complete the online membership application and join us at our next meeting!
See: Club Membership  for more details.
